Having been in the wellness industry for over a decade, I’ve spent years mastering the art of healing touch. But at 40, I feel more energized than ever—ready to expand beyond traditional massage and step into a more holistic, results-driven, and transformative approach. My passion isn’t just about sculpting bodies; it’s about elevating the spirit, shifting energy, and helping people step into their most powerful selves.
My journey into energy healing began in my early 20s—a time of deep personal growth as I re-raised myself while raising my incredible son, who’s now an adult. Through that journey, I discovered how our thoughts, emotions, and well-being shape our reality and learned to harness the power of the mind to manifest health, confidence, and transformation.
